Make Up Baby Cot

Task :

Make up baby cot

Standard :

Each night our smallest guest will receive a VIP treatment – a clean and neatly made cot on arrival.

Procedure :

a)   Collect 3 sheet, 1 mattress pad, 1 pilow case and 1 blanket from the linen room.

b)   Lay first sheet hem side down, evenly over the mattress. Check on the mattress protector.

c)   Lay second sheet hem side facing down with the top level with the base of the mattress

d)   Place third sheet hem facing down, level with the top of blanket.

e)   Event out top sheet and fold overhang of second sheet back over the top sheet

f)     Fold Back Once Again. Metter all comers and tuck around.

g)   Place pillow into the pillow case and pillow on top of the cot. Open end to face the windows side.

h)   Cover up the ready cot with a garbage bag or with a cot cover provided.

i)      When sending the cot to the room, do not hit against the door or wall. Use the door stopper or sand bag.

Permintaan Penggantian Linen

Prosedurnya adalah sebagai berikut :

1) Permintaan penggantian linen dicatat dalam OT log book: jam order, no kamar, jenis permintaan, pemberi order, penerima order, keterangan.

2)  Permintaan penggantian linen segera disampaikan ke petugas kamar melalui telepon atau komunikasi yang lain.

3) Petugas kamar (room attendant) mengganti linen yang diminta dan mengambil linen yang kotor (yang minta diganti).

4) Jika penggantian linen disertai dengan penambahan jumlah linen, hal ini harus dicatat dalam room attendant work sheet maupun OT log book sebagai penambahan barang extra.

5)   Kehilangan linen di kamar akan dibebankan ke rekening tamu.
