PLACING FLOWER IN VIP OR SUITES ROOM

Task :

Placing Flower in VIP or Suites Room

Standard :

Each VIP Guest Occupying the suites or assigned room

Procedure :

a)   Flowers will be ordered recording to the complimentary/charge order issued by the front office

b)   Check freshness of flower before placing in the room and spray with water to maintain the freshness. Place flower at assigned area only

c)   Inform the supervisor if the flower down to the housekeeping if it is still fresh, if not discard the flower away and bring the vase down.

Lay out of placing the flower in the guest room
