PERMINTAAN PENAMBAHAN TEMPAT TIDUR DAN A ROLLAWAY BED

Permintaan penambahan tempat tidur (Extra Bed)

Prosedurnya adalah :

a)   Permintaan extra bed akan dilayani setelah ada persetujuan dari bagian front office

b)   Setelah menerima order, petugas order taker segera menyampaikan order tersebut kepada petugas kamar

c)   Petugas kamar (room attendant) segera menyiapkan extra bed dan dikirim ke kamar yang bersangkutan

d)   Extra Bed diletakkan sejajar dengan tempat tidur yang ada di kamar yang ada di kamar, atau  disesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi kamar

e)   Penambahan tempat tidur diikuti dengan penambahan jumlah handuk

f)     Kode status kamar dirubah menjadi O3 (occupied by 3 persons)

g)   Kode status kamar yang baru dicatat dalam housekeeping report.

h) Note: untuk anak dibawah 12 tahun gratis dan status kamar tetap O2 (occupied by 2 persons)

Make up a rollaway bed

Standard:

All rollaway bed is for the extra guest staying in the same room together with the guest. All rollaway bed will be neatly made with a clean twin bed sheet and blanket.

Procedure:

a)   Collect 3 twin bed sheet and 1 blanket from the pantry.

b)   Rollaway bed can be made up in service area and then transported to the room. Ensure the rollaway bed is free of the dust before sending it to the room.

c)   Place all require linen on a clean surface.

d)   Check mattress protector to the linen room for repair and the stain one for laundry.

e)   Place the firt sheet hem side down on the bed, back in on the top mater corners, sheet is the ticked in on both side to the bottom of the bed.

f)     Place the second sheet hem side up and have top level with base mattress.

g)   Spread blanket evenly, level with the top of blanket.

h)   Place third sheet hem side down level with the top of blanket.

i) Even out top sheet and fold overhang of second sheet back over the top sheet and the blanket.

j)      Fold back once again to a with of 15 cm.

k)   Tuck in blanket and sheet at the base and mitre corners.

l)    For storage ob bed, place velco strip firly over bed and close. Always store the bed up right position when not in use.

m) One completed RAB will be placed in the over night store for over night reaquest.
